We are staying busy this March managing our three recent listings, organizing and prepping for our upcoming events, and squeezing a little pickleball in when we get the chance.

Market Overview:

The spring real estate market got off to an early start this year, with all four of our local markets seeing a surge in homes selling above list price in February compared to January, pointing to increased buyer activity. More sellers are entering the market, giving buyers a wider selection of homes to choose from. At the same time, prices have remained relatively stable, a sign that these markets are finding their footing and normalizing. And with mortgage rates lower than a year ago, buying a home is becoming a little more attainable for many even without dramatic price changes.

We’ve started a pool called Tom Kristen’s Friends on CBS Sports. All are welcome and encouraged to join us!

Selection Sunday is on March 15th, Tom’s birthday. This challenge combines two things Tom loved: connecting to his community, and the NCAA basketball tournament.

Buy-in will be $20. Half of the final pool will go to support the JED Foundation and the other half will go to the first place (80%) and second place (20%) winners. We will match the donation to JED.
